PIGEON WEEK British Homing World Show of the year

 

Pigeon Week is an annual event that takes place within the Blackpool Winter Gardens. The show is by far one of the largest in the world and attracts a vast amount of visitors. Pigeon Week is held in the third week of January each year and is an enjoyable family event.

There are approximately 200 trade stands displaying a variety of pigeon products and classes take place throughout the day. Doors open on both days from 9am and close at 5pm on Saturday and 3.30pm on Sunday.



The hotel is perfectly situated away from the busy nightlife of Blackpool but with stunning views of the sea. The Winter Gardens is approximately 3 minute bus ride from the hotel and then a short 5 minute walk from North Pier. The bus stop is situated in front of the hotel which makes us an ideal base for this event.
