"We spent five nights at the hotel and will certainly use it again when next in the Blackpool area. After a long journey, we were warmly welcomed and our first impressions of the room were good. The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of hot and cold buffet, along with fruit juices, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. If anyone is travelling by car- the parking could be an issue- there are a limited number of spaces so ask for advice when booking. We didn't make use of the bar in the evening, so can't comment on whether it offered a good/bad experience, but it did look busy on most evenings though. On the whole, a very enjoyable stay, with a nice, newley decorated room for a good, reasonable price."

Will attract and keep visitors for repeat visits to Blackpool. A simple example of service - your luggage is delivered to your room. The food is excellent with a wide choice the staff are really pleasant and helpful. They also put on free entertainment.
